Session Fees & Insurance
At Dallas Integrative Counseling, we believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. This means that we believe that for a healing and effective theraeutic experience, it is important to find a therapist that is a right fit for you and your situation. We offer a FREE Phone Consultation so that you may ask the questions you may have about the therapeutic process and how it can help you. We want you to be able to make an informed decision about your therapy. At Dallas Integrative Counseling, we put your needs first, so this process will also allow us to determine that we are a right fit for you, as well.
Initial Intake Session
During our first in-office meeting, we will work together to determine the appropriate direction for treatment. We will discuss your goals and needs and together, we can determine the appropriate number of sessions for you . We value a solution-focused theory to counseling. During this Initial Intake we will review your Intake Packet and determine what assessments may be necessary.
Your success in therapy will depend on several factors, including your own commitment and consistency. For best results, weekly appointments are recommended, however, a bi-weekly schedule can work if you are committed to it and are willing to participate in assignments that your therapist may suggest between appointments.
Individual Therapy Session: $75-$120
Will insurance cover my sessions? We have therapists that are In-Network with several insurance companies, but not all. Call us at (469) 623-7100 or email us at email@example.com to see if we are in-network with your provider. If we are not, we are happy to file as Out Of Network on your behalf.
Will insurance cover my Biofeedback/ Neurofeedback Sessions?
Biofeedback or Psychophysiological Therapy incorporating Biofeedback, as defined by your insurance company, may or may not be covered by your individual plan.
We do not bill insurance for services related to Neurofeedback as insurance companies do not provide a valid CPT code for Neurofeedback and consider it "experimental/ invesitgational". Please contact us about our reduced cash rates for Neurofeedback!
It is important to know that filing a claim with your insurance company will require a diagnosis of a mental health disorder. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) you may be able to pay for therapy, and psychological assessment services from such accounts.
