Session Fees & Insurance
Initial Intake Session
During our first in-office meeting, we will work together to determine the appropriate direction for treatment. We will discuss your goals and needs and together, we can determine the appropriate number of sessions for you . We value a solution-focused theory to counseling. During this Initial Intake we will review your Intake Packet and determine what assessments may be necessary.
Therapy Session
Your success in therapy will depend on several factors, including your own commitment and consistency. For best results, weekly appointments are recommended, however, a bi-weekly schedule can work if you are committed to it and are willing to participate in assignments that your therapist may suggest between appointments.

Individual Therapy Session: $80-$150
Insurance
Will insurance cover my sessions?
What Types of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept, cash, credit card, and HSA cards. We do file insurance as a courtesy to our clients.
Most, but not all of our therapists are in network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO plans. We are out of network with United Healthcare and Cigna, as well as 3rd Party providers and all HMO, EPO AND POS plans. Because all insurance plans are different, we are unable to guarantee coverage. We encourage clients to confirm BEHAVIORAL HEALTH BENEFITS with their insurance plan prior to scheduling an appointment.

It is important to know that filing a claim with your insurance company will require a diagnosis of a mental health disorder. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) you may be able to pay for therapy, and psychological assessment services from such accounts.
