Lilly Hale

Lilly is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, families and parents navigate life’s challenges and transitions, empowering them to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being. Lilly values a client-centered approach and places importance on client validation and attention. Lilly understands that when clients are seen and heard, they continue with a process of growth, change, confidence and increased insight. 

Lilly is trained and experienced in working with individuals with presenting problems such as substance use disorders, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. Lilly has experience in hospital and nonprofit settings, including inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. Most recently, she served as a primary therapist of an adolescent IOP program. Lilly works with male and female adolescents (ages 12 and up) who are experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, family conflicts, and academic or school-related stress.
She also supports men and women age 18 and up facing mood and anxiety disorders, relationship conflicts, grief and bereavement, life transitions, career or work-related stress and burnout, chronic illness or pain, cancer-related issues, as well as those seeking to explore spiritual or existential themes in therapy.

Drawing from a person-centered approach, Lilly strives to create a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen and empowered in their growth. She integrates expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts, and provides psychoeducation from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build awareness and reach their
goals.


Lilly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University and has completed her graduate training earning a Master of Arts in Counseling from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. Lilly has successfully completed and passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and is licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Lindsay Hollmuller LPC-S and Dr. Crystal Brashear, LPC-S. In her spare time, Lilly enjoys reading, playing tennis, and going on walks with her two dogs.
