Jill Freeze, MS, LPC, RPT, NCC, received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies in 2013 from The University of Alabama. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Counseling from Southern Methodist University in 2016. Jill is proud to be recognized as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Jill has extensive clinical experience and professional training working with children, adolescents and adults at the SMU Center for Family Counseling, Genesis Women’s Shelter and in private practice settings. Jill has specialized training in play therapy, adolescent counseling, child-parent relationship therapy, biofeedback, and has been recognized by local neurologists for her outstanding work providing CBT for Insomnia.
Jill is also a certified Autplay therapy provider, which is a play and behavioral based approach to treating autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Her areas of interest include play therapy, anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, and behavioral issues.
